ES Crafts creates personalised and handcrafted products. Because many items are made or personalised individually, small variations in positioning, appearance and finish may occur.

Product photographs, examples, previews and the Design Space are provided to help show how a product or design may look.

Colours displayed on a screen and digital previews may differ slightly from the finished physical product.

Product availability and prices may change from time to time. The price shown when an order is placed will normally apply to that order unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

We may contact you if there is a problem with an order, personalisation request, supplied artwork or product availability.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove, restrict or exclude any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Personalised Orders

Many ES Crafts products are created especially for the person ordering them.

Please check names, dates, spelling, wording, colours and other personalisation carefully before submitting or approving a design.

Where you upload or provide an image, logo, photograph, graphic or other artwork, you should have the necessary permission to use that material for the requested purpose.

We may contact you if supplied artwork or a design needs to be adjusted before it can be produced successfully.

The ES Crafts Design Space provides a visual representation of your design. Depending on the product, material and production method, minor adjustments to positioning, sizing or appearance may be required when preparing the final item.

We will always aim to keep the finished item as close as reasonably possible to the design requested.

Delivery Information

Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales will be shown when ordering or agreed with you before your order is completed.

Because personalised and handmade products may be produced specifically for you, some orders may require preparation time before they are ready for dispatch.

Where a delivery estimate is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to meet it. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us and we will look into it.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your ES Crafts order. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can help.

Different cancellation rights can apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

For non-personalised products, any applicable cancellation and return rights will be honoured in accordance with UK consumer law.

Before returning an item, please contact us with your order details, a description of the problem and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
